I loved the location of the hotel, close to the beach and nightlife area. The staff were very courteous and helpful; they even returned lost money to me. The pool was a nice touch and the breakfast offered in the shady courtyard was great.

The staff, cleanliness, food, location, and pool were all great. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, the breakfast was good , and the fried fish for dinner was delicious. The location was close to the old city, Oxford Street, and the beach. The pool was a nice addition.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered a fantastic continental breakfast and the staff was very friendly, providing excellent service. The hotel's location was perfect - close to the main city center and a short walk from the beach. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, which made it difficult to stay connected during my stay. the noise level from outside the hotel was sometimes disruptive, making it difficult to fall asleep.

This cozy hotel was the perfect place for my family's short visit. the rooms were well equipped with basic necessities and the staff was very friendly and active. the restaurant served delicious Caribbean food with prawns and the complimentary breakfast was also good. the location was ideal with bus access available nearby and within walking distance to shopping centers. the small pool at the back was a nice touch, well-maintained and clean.
There were limited parking spaces available, and with no lift access, carrying our heavy luggage up and down the stairs was cumbersome. the bed in the room was too soft for my comfort.
